  46. )6B refer to any person or entity that acquires or uses this package.
  47. Users
  48.  refer to persons using PowerT
  49. >alk to send and receive mail to and from foreign mail systems.
  50. Package
  51. L means the software, manual(s), and other items accompanying this agreement.
  52. Software
  53. m means the computer programs contained in this package, together with all codes, techniques, software tools, 
  54. wWformats, designs, concepts, methods, and ideas associated with these computer programs.
  55. PERMITTED USES
  56. *+vStarNine grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software in this package according to the terms set forth below

  58. )KzInstall and operate the Software on only one computer at a time, except for those portions of the Software which StarNine 
  59. speci
  60. )_tcally gives you permission to install and/or operate on more than one computer as described in the manual(s) and/or 
  61. ReadMe 
  62. !le which are part of the Package.
  63. )KvMake a reasonable number of copies of the Software solely for back-up or archive purposes, which automatically become 
  64. **ythe property of StarNine and are subject to this agreement. In any such copies, you must reproduce all copyright notices 
  65. *)Uand other identifying or restrictive legends that appear on the Software as received.

  79. )KxRemove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice or other proprietary rights related to the Software or Package including 
  80. manuals.
  81. )KESub-license, sell, lend, rent, or lease any portions of the Software.
  82. )KQCopy any portion of the Software, except as described above under Permitted Uses.
  83. )KBOperate the Software with more Users than are allowed by the Key 
  84. n6les supplied with this Software and/or other products 
  85. w~licensed from StarNine. If you plan to have more than this number of Users, you will need to license additional copies of the 
  86. Package or license a dif
  87. _ferent Mail*Link product. Contact StarNine or the place where you purchased the Package if you 
  88. w>want information on site licenses or other Mail*Link products.
  89. lransfer the Software or any direct product to any person or entity in violation of the United States Export 
  90. Administration

  93. The Software involves valuable proprietary rights of StarNine and others. StarNine retains title to and ownership of the Software 
  94. and all copyright, trade secret, trade name, trademark, and other property rights related to the Software, regardless of the form 
  95. **,that the original or other copies exist in. 
  96. Uou may not violate these rights, and you must take appropriate steps to protect Star-
  97. 7Nine's rights. StarNine may at any time replace, modify
  98. , alter
  99. )R+, improve, enhance, or change the Software.
  100. Both the license and your right to use the software terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event 
  101. *)cof termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Software or return them to StarNine.

  103. ARRANTY
  104. }StarNine warrants that, upon delivery by StarNine, the magnetic media (tapes and/or diskettes) on which the Software program 
  105. is distributed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and that the software will substantially conform to the spec-
  106. zcations established by StarNine. StarNine does not warrant that the Software is free from all bugs, errors, and omissions.
  107. wIf any of the Software fails to comply with the warranties set forth above, StarNine will replace the magnetic media or
  108. , at Star-
  109. #Nine's option, make a reasonable ef
  110. $fort to correct the program errors. 
  111. 2o receive any such replacement Software, you must 
  112. return all copies of the Software, along with a copy of your paid invoice, to your place of purchase within 90 days of the date you 
  113. received the Software. If StarNine is unable to correct defective magnetic media or program errors, StarNine will refund all or a 
  114. **5fair portion of the price you paid for this Package. 
  115. HThe refund will fully satisfy your claims for software or disk failure. 
  116. This limited 
  117. warranty shall continue for any replacement software for the rest of the original 90-day warranty period or for 30 days from the 
  118. *)5date you receive the replacement, whichever is longer
